doing it right the first time

I do work for a company that tries to save money by having a maintenance man perform electrical work, so far it's cost them a lot of money because i have to go in and fix what was broke and what the maintenance man did incorrectly. When you call me the problem gets fixed correctly the first time everytime at a lower total cost.
